Chair Aspalar

The Aspalar chair is endowed with a special form with soft contrasts. It endeavours to fuse elements into a coherent whole, vividly signifying a harmonious presence in space. The comfortable interior of the seat and double backrest has a clear cut, adding charm with its simplicity, while the curved, whimsical lines transform its monolithic character into a plastic, lyrical silhouette. A characteristic feature of Aspalar is the delicate docking of the back. Realised through the subtle protrusions of the one-piece body, like a timid touch. This element symbolises the springy material of the braces, the image of which inspired the name in Kazakh.
